IPM STEEL is a company specializing in project management, the manufacture and installation of steel structures. Through our commitment to quality and innovation, we have established ourselves as an industry leader, providing products and services that meet the needs of our clients.

We manufacture in accordance with European and international standards and, where required, can guarantee specific properties in line with each client’s particular requirements.

Our vision and mission of building a stable and profitable company are demonstrated from the very beginning of each project, throughout its implementation, and through continuous improvement and investment in resources. The company’s mission is to manufacture high-quality products.

In carrying out its business activities, IPM STEEL is committed to maintaining a responsible approach toward clients, consumers, employees, suppliers, subcontractors, the wider community, and all other interested parties.

To this end, IPM STEEL has established an effective quality management system with the following objectives:

1. Compliance with statutory requirements, the accepted requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, and agreed contractual requirements, as well as compliance with EU Directives and international conventions in the foreign markets in which we operate;
2. Fully meeting and exceeding the requirements and expectations of clients and investors;
3. Responsible and timely execution of projects;
4. Understanding the context of the organization, including the needs and expectations of interested parties;
5. Building sound relationships with investors and suppliers, positively contributing to their improvement, and ensuring high-quality and safe products through continuous incoming and outgoing quality control;
6. Providing the resources required to maintain, continuously improve, and advance the established quality management system;
7. Providing an appropriate and safe working environment, healthcare, and occupational safety measures aimed at preventing workplace injuries;
8. Creating a multidisciplinary team of trained, competent, and motivated employees. To achieve this, we continuously invest in employees’ professional development and take care of their needs and interests;
9. Applying risk- and opportunity-based thinking;
10. Identifying and eliminating all potential risks that could adversely affect our products and services, organization, employees, community, climate change, the environment, and occupational health and safety;
11. Protecting the natural and working environment by identifying and measuring pollution generated by work processes. Our goal is to protect the environment through a system for monitoring and controlling the aspects we influence, allowing our business activities to act preventively and fulfill planned programs, objectives, and tasks;
